Payment methods
Pay by card or wallet through two payment partners, or with cryptocurrency. If one payment page does not work for you, an unpaid page costs nothing: try another method.

The billing page shows the methods each package can use. Taxes, where they apply, are shown on the payment page before you pay.
If the payment does not go through
Leaving a payment page without paying charges nothing. Nothing on our side needs cancelling.

| Your card was declined, or your usual method is not listed | Go back to Billing, choose the same pack and pick another method. Banks often refuse a first payment abroad: your bank's app may ask you to approve it. |
| The payment page did not open or stayed blank | Use the Open payment page button in Billing, or turn off the ad blocker or VPN for that page. If it still fails, pick another method. |
| Billing says you have an unfinished payment | Continue it, or leave it: an unpaid page expires within an hour and is never charged. A credit pack can move to another method straight away. A monthly plan has to wait until the open page expires. Paying two open pages credits both, so close the one you no longer want. |
| You paid but the credits have not arrived | Credits normally arrive within minutes. Use Check payment status in Billing. If they are still missing, open a ticket with the order number. Do not pay again. |

Invoices and receipts
Our payment providers sell on our behalf as the merchant of record, so they issue the invoice. For Dodo, open Billing, then Orders, and use Get invoice on the paid order. Creem sends its receipt to the email used at checkout. For crypto, open a ticket and we will send a payment confirmation.
