Google SERP API: Live Google Results as JSON
One POST request returns the live Google results page as structured JSON, Markdown or the cleaned page itself. 1 credit per search, prepaid from $10.
Why Developers Build on SerpBase
The whole results page, parsed
Organic results, featured snippet, People Also Ask questions, top stories, knowledge graph, AI Overview with its sources, local results, videos and related searches, each in its own field when Google shows it.
Phone or desktop, any market
Choose device mobile (default) or pc, set gl and hl for the market, and on mobile pass a Google canonical location such as "Munich,Bavaria,Germany" to search from that place.
JSON, Markdown or raw HTML
format=json returns the parsed result, format=markdown gives language models compact text, and format=raw returns the Google page itself with tracking scripts removed. All three cost the same.
Simple, prepaid pricing
Each Google search costs 1 credit. Prepaid packs start at $10 for 20,000 credits ($0.50 per 1,000) and fall to $0.30 per 1,000; prepaid credits have no calendar expiry.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a SERP API?
A SERP (search engine results page) API runs a search for you and returns the results page as structured data, so your code reads fields like organic results and People Also Ask instead of scraping and parsing Google's HTML itself.
How much does the Google SERP API cost?
1 credit per search. New accounts get 100 free credits. Prepaid packs start at $10 (20,000 credits, $0.50 per 1,000) and reach $0.30 per 1,000 on the $1,000 pack. See the pricing page for every pack.
Does a failed search cost credits?
The HTTP status is 200 either way; the result's status field says whether the search was delivered. Check status rather than the HTTP code, and see Billing and credits in the docs for exactly which outcomes are charged.
Can I search from a specific country or city?
Yes. gl and hl set the market and language. On the mobile device you can also pass location with a Google canonical location name; look names up with the free GET /google/locations endpoint.
